What you can see in Poway’s open spaces!

Poway has a thriving ecosystem, but it is at risk from misuse and urban sprawl. The Poway Habitat Conservation Plan(HCP) was put in place to protect our natural habitat and the wildlife within while allowing for needed housing. However, we must be vigilant to make sure our HCP is followed properly. You cannot replace natural spaces once destroyed.
